BODY CONDITIONING
This class is a true head to toe workout designed to tone, build strength, enhance flexibility and endurance. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming to students of all levels. Shelley's approach is demanding, encouraging and nurturing and her awareness of each student s abilities makes it possible for everyone to improve as they work at their own level. JAZZ
Shelley s Jazz class offers strong technique and an opportunity to experience a variety of dance styles. The class begins with a warmup which starts at the barre, moves to center floor and ends with a series of isolations. Then we dance! The different styles and rhythms Shelley brings to every class makes the dance routines challenging and fun, and no matter what your level, her keen eye and attention to each student ensures that you learn and enjoy the experience.
